Notes regarding the timeline:
All potentially winning teams must be validated by eCYBERMISSION. Team validation includes a review of the team make-up, Mission Folder contents, and U.S. citizenship or LPR status of all team members. Quick adjustments will need to be made if any State Winning Teams must be disqualified. Actions that could lead to disqualification:
- Any student on the team who does not have a Social Security Number for savings bonds.
- Team Advisor is unable to certify the start date of research as on or after April 1, 2025.
- Any competition rules are violated.
Regional Finalists will be determined by overall score from Virtual Judging. The top three 1st-place scores in each region in each grade will advance to Regional Judging.
